With the innovative ENDOCAM Flex HD system Richard Wolf has developed a system that is specially matched to the needs of private practices. For greater flexibility, naturally the system can also be used in clinics, and here it can be easily integrated on an existing device cart.

Thanks to its small size the ENDOCAM Flex HD Controller requires very little space and can either be placed on small level surface, or with a wall-mount fixture it can be placed directly on a monitor.

…meets vision sensor endoscopes

All vision sensor endoscopes are available as EF versions (ENDOCAM Flex versions) and are equipped with a specially fitted adapter. This means that an expensive equipment cart is not required, and with the investment of just an ENDOCAM Flex HD Controller, a monitor, and a sensor endoscope suitable for the planned procedure plug and play can get started – without any white balance or focusing, since this is initiated automatically by the system.

BOA vision EF as ENDOCAM Flex HD variant of the classic BOA vision, likewise a super-slim design with a sheath diameter of 8.7 Fr. and just 6.6 Fr. at the distal tip. Consequently the flexible sensor ureterorenoscope is ideally suited as a flexible URS for complicated and slender anatomies, and like BOA vision it can even be introduced via an access sheath ≥ 9.5 Fr.

COBRA vision EF as ENDOCAM Flex variant of the two-channel sensor URS COBRA vision, likewise has a 2.4 Fr. laser working channel with laser shifter, as well as a 3.6 Fr. working channel that also makes the EF variant ideally suited for laser lithotripsy.

In addition the lightweight and ergonomic handle combined with an axial cable exit ensures pleasant work, even for complicated stone therapies.

The vision EF cystoscope, particularly when combined with the ENDOCAM Flex HD Controller, is predestined for use in private practices: Via a 7.5 Fr. working channel, irrigation capacity can be maximized during the cystoscopy, and the bladder can be homogeneously illuminated without shadowing and over-illumination, using two distally mounted LEDs. Importantly, the 210° articulation on both sides ensures that all areas of the bladder can be easily examined.

The Endocam Flex HD system can be purchased as a set together with a specially developed LED light source, the ENDOLIGHT Flex HD, and a single-chip HD camera head with zoom lens. With the system components rigid or flexible cystoscopy can be executed, depending on the requirement.
