Flexible sensor endoscopes for the ENDOCAM Logic 4K
SIMply VISIONary
With the launch of MAMBA vision, Richard Wolf offers the endourologist a single source for three flexible sensor endoscopes designed for a wide variety of applications in conjunction with the new ENDOCAM Logic 4K camera platform.
All three flexible sensor endoscopes can be combined with the ENDOCAM Logic 4K controller and offer the user a high-resolution image and the possibility of detecting details in the tissue through Special Imaging Mode (SIM) and thus facilitate tissue differentiation.
Detailed information concerning the vision sensor endoscopes
BOA vision – the all-rounder
Especially suited for difficult and narrow anatomies
COBRA vision – the specialist for stone therapy
Two-channel sensor URS with special laser shifter
MAMBA vision – the flexible sensor cystoscope
Maximum irrigation capacity through a 7.5 Fr. working channel
Due to its super-slim design with a sheath diameter of 8.7 Fr. and only 6.6 Fr. at the distal tip, the BOA vision 1-channel sensor ureterorenoscope is used with particular benefit for complicated and slender anatomies. Equipped with a 3.6 Fr. working irrigation channel and 270° articulation on both sides, this ureteroscope can even be introduced via an access sheath of 9.5 Fr. Thus BOA vision is particularly suitable for pediatric examination.
The advantages at a glance
- Suitable for access sheaths ≥ 9.5 Fr.
- 3.6 Fr. working and irrigation channel
- Articulation: 270° upward / 270° downward
- Atraumatic, 6.6 Fr. beveled distal tip
- Special Imaging Mode (SIM) compatible
- Ergonomic handle and axial cable exit for easy handling
COBRA vision, as the first and only sensor ureterorenoscope with two working channels and a laser shifter, it is particularly suitable for stone therapy via laser, such as the MegaPulse70+. The two working channels allow work without interrupting the work sequence, so that laser lithotripsy and extraction of concretions can be performed in parallel. Through a specially developed laser shifter the laser fiber can first be fixed in place, and then precisely positioned on the stone during treatment.
In addition the lightweight and ergonomically designed handle combined with an axial cable exit ensures pleasant work.
The advantages at a glance
- The only flexible 2-channel sensor URS on the market
- 3.6 Fr. working and irrigation channel
- Laser channel 2.4 Fr. – for laser fibers to max. 365 µm
- Laser shifter for fixing and positioning the laser fiber during stone treatment
- Articulation: 270° upward / 270° downward
- Atraumatic, 5.2 Fr. beveled distal tip
- Special Imaging Mode (SIM) compatible
- Ergonomic handle and axial cable exit for easy handling
The most recent product, MAMBA vision, completes the Richard Wolf product portfolio of flexible sensor endoscopes that are used in the bladder. MAMBA vision has various functions that offer the endourologist precise control and overview during the procedure: MAMBA vision has 210° articulation on both sides and a large irrigation channel of 7.5 Fr. for maximum irrigation capacity. Two distally installed LEDs ensure homogeneous illumination of the bladder without over-illumination and shadowing.
The advantages at a glance
- Large 7.5 Fr. working and irrigation channel
- 210° articulation upward and downward enables a view of all areas of the bladder
- Atraumatic, 11.5 Fr. beveled distal tip
- Special Imaging Mode (SIM) compatible
- Always good visualization, even at maximum articulation, since the position of the working and irrigation channels are at 3 o'clock in the endoscopic image
- Ergonomic handle and axial cable exit for easy handling
